I want to keep up to date with HD anime being released, what do you guys think is better; funimation or crunchyroll?
I’m pretty open to trying out new anime so its not really a question of which ones I currently watch.
I head funimation shows are best in USA but outside the choice isn’t as good, is this true?

Why don’t you just stream it online from the free sites? You could get 720p on most I think :)

Aside from the fact its pirating and not giving credit, I do prefer my anime in the best quality and easily reachable through apps on my phone as opposed to sifting through the porn ads lol

LOL ok no need to take the moral high ground mister. A lot of the anime we see here wouldn’t have even been heard of outside Japan if it weren’t for the streaming sites.

I’d say crunchyroll for sure, more anime, more popular ones and the choice isn’t restricted based on your location.
Why not take a free trial for both and see for yourself?

Yeah most likely what I’ll end up doing. Don’t see many people talking about funimation is all. Do they have an app?

Yeahh sure do but for me I picked funimation because at the time they had a tv app for my Samsung TV. I think funimation are working on one now too

Personally just watch dragonball super because nostalgia. So for DBS crunchyroll seem to update their english dub whereas funimation are still on their first few episodes.

Yep! I ended up going with crunchyroll in the end because there were too many ifs and buts with funimation, plus the overwhelming responses in favour of that!
Going good so far, rewatched death note and watching one punch man now :)
